This was a wonderful trail. The enhancements to the Overlook trail by adding the very nice stairways. The view was Excellent from the Overlook! Make sure to go up via the West Overlook trail to the Fort, and back down via the steps constructed by the CCC camp.

Trail was very busy on the weekend. The bolder fields are pretty neat & the overlook is very nice, you get great views of Chatsworth and the Cohuttas. The stone tower was very neat & look for the heart shaped rock, made by one of the ccc guys who made the tower.

used frequently to observe the wall and tower. excellent view from the overlook towards the west overseeing chatsworth and dalton.

you can see it all from this trail from top to bottom it's all good

The overlook is truly awesome. You will also love the mystery of the tower and wall.

the view from the moutains top are breath taking. the trail is breath tiaking in the way the trail is hang off the edge of the moutain.
