In my opinion, the "bridges" aren't meant to be "bridges". They are called footlogs, and they are used where seeps or small streams cross the trail. Without them, it would be much more dangerous. Just be careful on the slippery surfaces if wet, and you'll be fine.

Very beautiful hike! Great to take after a heavy rain because the water next to the trail comes to life! Watch out for friendly huskies!!
