Overall rating: 3 Scenic rating: 3 Difficulty rating: 1 From the YMCA to Kimball bridge is about 5 miles, so I'm told. I tackled this trail on a beautiful afternoon with the pup and it got dark and scary before I knew it. I did not know how long it was or how long it would take and I was amazed at the ease and enthusiasm I found. The trail kinda inspired me. I loved the bikes swishing by the, creek trickling near and the few winter birds left that seems to accompany me. I got kinda lost in the zone. I was one of only a few walkers the rest were cyclists. I'm sure in the spring and fall this place is very crowded. I'll take advantage of it while I can this winter.
My second walk was from the YMCA to Webb Bridge and it seemed to be very brief, Again a lot of cyclists. They are very aware of us walkers with ipods and take care to steer clear. Nice walk easy to get int the zone on this trail.

Overall rating: 4 Scenic rating: 5 Difficulty rating: 1 This is a flat, easy paved trail which is great for training for long distance runs. Wonderful in the summer since it's mostly shaded. One potential slow up with a street crossing at Kimball Bridge Road. Otherwise, it passes under the major roads like Haynes Bridge. It now connects to the Roswell Big Creek Park which adds another two mile paved loop as well as a moderate trail sites on the adjoining walking trail.

Overall rating: 4 Scenic rating: 3 Difficulty rating: 1 We primarily use the path for biking. It can be difficult for some of the younger bikers or walkers as there are many adult bikers who use the path for training. Therefore the speeds they are riding at don't necessarily mesh with the riding or walking styles of younger children. With that said, it it still a great walking or biking trail for the whole family. We frequently see deer in the early morning hours or late afternoon hours. Their are also benches along the path, so it is great for a pic-nic. There are just enough points of interest(wildlife, creek, road crossings, going under a bridge, etc.) to keep children interested in the path.

Overall rating: 5 Scenic rating: 5 Difficulty rating: 2 The extension under Mansell Road into Roswell's Big Creek trails was completed in 2008. This adds about another 2 miles of paved path and boardwalk. It also leads to an extensive set of mountain bike trails.
