Followed the directions to the trail head and must have taken the wrong trail, because this was not a moderate trail to my thinking. We ended at Addis Gap after about 3 miles or so, but the first two miles were up the mountain with no flat areas for a break. At the top, we made a sharp decent (1 mile) to a beautiful creek and then to addis gap. We then made a return back out... 1 mile back up to the top and two miles back down... a workout if you are not in shape. The trail was not the most senic, but had some beautiful parts. My son say that this trail WAS NOT MODERATE, but he had a good time swimming in the 50 degree water!
