Ellijay
Take I75 to I575. This turns into Highway 515 (the Georgia Mountain Parkway). At the first Ellijay light (Maddox St.) turn left (there's a McDonald's on the corner). Go straight at the four-way stop, over the railroad tracks and turn left at the light. Follow U.S. Highway 76 for 6 miles to the Ridgeway sign. Turn left onto a dirt road. Follow this road for 2 miles, where it is once again paved. Take this to the boat ramp parking. The trail head is on the right.
