Directions to:
Smith Creek Trail
The trail runs near the ridge top of Smith Mountain and follows, but does not come near, Smith Creek.

Take GA 75 north from Helen for 1 mile. Turn right on GA 356 for 2 miles. Go through Unicoi State Park; bear left and cross the bridge; continue approximately 0.5 mile until you reach the Unicoi parking lot on your left. The trail begins across the road.
