Cumming
Take Georgia 400 North to Exit 14, Buford / Cumming /GA 20. The exit passes under GA20, then circles around. At the end of the ramp, turn right and continue 0.3 miles to Highway 9. Turn right and travel 0.9 miles to Buford Dam Road. Travel 6.1 miles to entrace to Lower Pool Park on the right. The road winds down to a boat ramp/parking lot on the Chattahoochee River.
