Jasper
From Jasper take GA 515 north to State Road 136. Turn left. At Blaine (Bart's Store) Highway 136C comes in from the south and a couple of miles later Highway 382 comes in from the northeast. Continue on 136 for 11 miles. At Old Highway 411, turn right and continue for .4 miles and turn right into the South Regulation Dam Park. The trail head is near the first parking place on the right.

Resaca
From Resaca (on I75, Exit 320, old exit number 133) take Highway 136 east to Highway 411 and turn left. continue for .4 miles and turn right into the South Regulation Dam Park. The trail head is near the first parking place on the right.
