Amicalola Falls West Ridge
Explore the western ridge of Amicalola Falls, then join the Falls Trail at the lower bridge

Dawsonville
From Dawsonville:Take GA 400 to State Road 183 (Elliot Family Highway). Turn left on SR 183 and continue to SR 52. At the intersection, bear right. Amicalola Falls is on the left.

Ellijay
From Ellijay: From the Appalachian Development Highway (SR515) take SR 52 East. Turn left into the park.

Once inside Amicalola Falls State Park, the trailhead is on the far side of the long-term Appalachian Trail parking lot, directly across the road from the visitors center.
